  1. A drag queen wants attention, but not everyone is comfortable with being the center of attention, especially not with this kind, this is just provocative for the sake of it. So, don’t be an asshole and put on something “normal” when you go out with your parents. That’s not asking too much.

    1. Ha!
That caught my attention… and I was thinking thus …
Choosing a restaurant meet up with your parents (or anyone, including other diners) and arriving all dragged up is quite selfish.
People go to a restaurant to relax, have a meal and do restaurant stuff. Nobody wants anything remotely distracting stuck in their face.

A spoiler for anyone. Whether someone thinks it fun to bounce around as Coco the Clown or not – think of others before yourself.

Being considerate is required of us all. Being gay and ‘deliberately in your face’ is just as bad as eating with your mouth open or using your knife to eat peas.
Good manners are the oils easing the friction of human contact.
      No-one is that special.

Had to smile when I saw Marvin & Horse had a similar view.
There are always rules to follow allowing us all to live together.

      1. “People go to a restaurant to relax, have a meal and do restaurant stuff. Nobody wants anything remotely distracting stuck in their face.”

You mean like a young mother holding her baby son and asking Scott Pruit, the Secretary of Environmental Protection to RESIGN NOW and the asshole DOES RESIGN a few days later?

Sorry, I couldn’t help but point that out because it was sooooo good. (Otherwise, you’re quite correct.)

  2. I liked that video, I liked the drag queen, his costume, his make-up.
as far as parents’ concern, may I say : Parents who do not accept their children as they are, are they true parents? I’m asking myself.

    1. When kids go bad – become criminals, alcoholics, drug or gambling addicts, wastrels or otherwise good for nothing – it is irresistible to question the manner in which they were raised. Did mom & dad check their homework, teach them values, set a good example in their own lives, expose them to the higher forms of culture, make them read good books, etcetera ad nauseum.

Would I accept my kids if they became Democrats? Or Protestants? Yes, I would love them no matter what, but I would have little faith in their judgment, and I would question their capacity for critical thinking.

Before I hijack this thread with my fatherly pride, let me say it is fortunate both kids were given a sound foundation in logic. They both possess a strong, self-motivating work ethic. Both are successful (much more so than their parents were) and a credit to their chosen professions. Both have an understanding of time, place, and sensibility, and what is “done” and “not done.” They are always appropriate, even elegant (credit to their mom). It will never be said by anyone who knows them they were wolf-raised miscreants. But don’t get me started bragging about my kids ….. suffice it to say they’re my heroes.

This What Would You Do episode is bullshit, as are most of them. It is an over-the-top extreme case, completely contrived, and highly unlikely unless you live on either ‘left coast’. I’ve owned and managed restaurants for 30 years; since retirement I’ve been eating out at least 5 times a week, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for years, and I’ve never seen anything like this.

      1. “Would I accept my kids if they became Democrats? Or Protestants? Yes, I would love them no matter what, but I would have little faith in their judgment, and I would question their capacity for critical thinking. ”

I almost laughed out loud just from the absurdity of all of that. I would (and do) question your “educational” background even more after that religious-tainted bullshit.

        .

“but I would have little faith in their judgment, and I would question their capacity for critical thinking.”

Says the idiot who believes in a non-existent “god” and even more stupidly think that the bible is actually some empirical evidence/proof of someone else’s fantasy.

        1. LMAO. Oh my dear, dearest Penboy, how could you not know I was thinking of you, and chuckling the whole time I was typing my comment!

Like most liberals, you’re reliably unhappy and critical, with no sense of humor, and you can’t even see when you’re being obviously set up. You’re just too easy. I was surprised it took you so long to blow your stack.

Take a page from The Donald. See how easily he manipulates and de-legitimizes the fake news media. No wonder recent polls show that 70% of respondents believe the news media makes it all up, and 75% of the people don’t believe the polls either.

  3. Rejected in Drag milkboys 2018-07-07 News & Opinions ;;;; While we’re at it, why not have another “What would you do”. This one is about parents rejecting their drag queen son [etc] …
    — Obviously, this a f u mom and dad thing.
    — UH OH ! Unless this a set up, as do figure it is, a set up in the first place as an advertising for the drag.
—- ALL drags meet are fags and homos and do dress for the fun. Or, for the money fun. (Excepting who and how and why and are … ?)
