  1. Isn’t this a repeat? I know I’ve seen that face before and not so long ago either.

Maybe you could/should think about doing something “new” to get more feedback instead of the same-old style/format? Are you at all “creative”?

    1. The other, and my point of view is that most people liked the old site and have missed it very much. Why change something that works. Thank you very much Milkboys for coming back to us.

    2. Though one often considers that participation per se is a measure of the success of a forum, the paradox is that the success truly is form th number of folk who read and take comfort from the pure banality of interactions, and realise that not being classically heterosexual still means folk are normal.

We have all the same idiocies and idiosyncrasies of heterosexual folk, the same hopes, fears, agreements, disagreements. We are as bigoted and as liberal as any folk.

It is the reading of this, not necessarily the participation in to, that is important.

    3. Well to be honest people see a picture and a good looking guy or guys and admire it but don’t feel the need or motivation to comment in the same way as anything topical or controversial. I don’t think the format is to blame.

  2. Why is there always a critic in the crowd? Starting over is never easy, especially when your sources crashed with the old server. We shouldn’t expect instant new, but instead relish the old mixed in with the new. My only question about today’s photo is there are too many arms in there or someone is a contortionist. Look at the position of the hand on the back and then try to imitate it. The kid facing us has both of his arms over the shoulder of the other boy.

I’m just glad to have Milkboys back, even if I do have to go to the Twitter notes and click on the URL there. My search engines haven’t picked up on the milkboys.net yet and send me to milkyboys.net instead.

    1. It just looks weird because they’re in front of a mirror. The upper arm at the back is a reflection (notice the armband)

    2. @Flaboy2425
“I’m just glad to have Milkboys back, even if I do have to go to the Twitter notes and click on the URL there. My search engines haven’t picked up on the milkboys.net yet and send me to milkyboys.net instead.”

❦Agree totally on having them backッ!
Noted the same re. searching; I’m having to use a VPN to get in for now.

“You can just type milkboys.net into the address bar of your browser though? Or save it as a bookmark?”
        ❦Been there done that.
As Flaboy2425 said it’s not coming up in the search engines under milkboys.net and Safari still says server not available unless I use a proxy or a VPN. As I already have one it’s not a problem but I wonder how many others are having trouble getting in without one and haven’t been able to welcome you back?

Also, would love if you could get back the feature where I’m em’d if there’s a new post or someone responds to a comment, (the 2✔marks after your comment). Loved that feature as I could always keep up on the current activity at my favorite blog.
At present I can only manually scroll through all the pages and open each comment section to check for new ones.

Know you have a ton of stuff to do already and see you add more daily which is much appreciated but it was a good feature and I hope it comes back. Thanks…ヅ

        1. “As Flaboy2425 said it’s not coming up in the search engines under milkboys.net and Safari still says server not available unless I use a proxy or a VPN….”

I have no idea why anyone would want to use such a complicated process to simply access a website. I use Chrome, and every single day I clicked on my Milkboys.org bookmark to see if it was back or not. The very first day that Milkboys.net went up, it automatically redirected me to it, with zero problems. :/

❦I have Chrome also but without my VPN on this is what I get: (Far as complication, other than the additional cost all I need do is turn it on and for me mb’s is worth it.
☞Also ‘milkboys.net’ is the only site I’m having problems accessing, all others go through just fine ヅ…ƌℯѵιʟ♨)

Google Chrome could not load the webpage because milkboys.net took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.
          Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
          Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

    4. “Why is there always a critic in the crowd?”

Because if there aren’t any, then usually nothing gets changed or even improved.

Are you trying to say that we shouldn’t have any “critics”? Try looking at the history of the world and tell me there’s no need for any “critics.”

        1. @horsey:
          “What needs changing is you.”

Hardly. You’re just upset that I stand up and call [all of] you out whenever you and your ilk just pass on those tired religious-right LIES about “god” and christianity.

You seriously need to read and actually LEARN about our REAL history and your religious crap:

Thomas Jefferson on the WALL OF SEPARATION:
“I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should “make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,” thus building a wall of separation between Church & State.”

          http://www.usconstitution.net/jeffwall.html …………… and

          ………. http://candst.tripod.com/tnppage/qmadison.htm

James Madison’s summary of the First Amendment:
“Congress should not establish a religion and enforce the legal observation of it by law, nor compel men to worship God in any manner contary to their conscience, or that one sect might obtain a pre-eminence, or two combined together, and establish a religion to which they would compel others to conform.” (Annals of Congress, Sat Aug 15th, 1789 pages 730 – 731).

So, NO, it’s YOU who needs to change and stop pushing those LIES and stop being a vocal apologist for that religious garbage.

        2. Whole new format and you have the same old tired argument going. Time for new beginnings.

      1. Was not Josh asking for input in another post? Why not put any suggestions as to how the layout, content could be improved there. If you have any suggestions as to layout and content then give him the feedback.

        1. Oh and what the hell has any of this got to do with religion? Nobody has brought it up. It is you Penboy that keep raising the matter. If you don’t want to talk about it then don’t keep bringing it up. I could not care less about your atheist views any more than you care for my views but your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Just live and let live and stop rocking the boat and then maybe people will not get so irate with you.

        2. Fini[shed?]
See below why I am replying to THIS comment and NOT the one just below it:

“Oh and what the hell has any of this got to do with religion? Nobody has brought it up. It is you Penboy that keep raising the matter.”

Actually this shows how little you know about replying to previous posts. horsey full intent was to arrogantly “sneak in” this negative reply to me BECAUSE of my reply to him in the Political Thread — I had easily proved him totally wrong (as did daveboy — I just elaborated with more FACTS). He was just a bit pissed because he couldn’t retort my FACTS and, of course, the typical 3-4 day lifespan of most threads in milkboys ran its course and no one would probably come to his “rescue.”

I concur exactly what you said. I’m using Firefox in Linux and did the same thing: bookmark on my toolbar — when it opened again, I just edited the bookmark for “.net” and everything is the same.

Maybe there’s a “special routine” to access the web in hell by Miss Devilena? Or [s]he needs to consult with “god” on this matter?

Unfortunately, Firefox dropped Adobe Flash plug-in in Linux (others?) for being buggy so I now have to dowload the video and watch it locally and then just delete it if I don’t want to keep it.

“Maybe there’s a “special routine” to access the web in hell by Miss Devilena? Or [s]he needs to consult with “god” on this matter?”
☞You truly are an ass with no possibility of redemption.
Besides, why would I need to consult GOD when we have Lord Penboy always available at milkboys to solve our problems?

      1. @Miss Devilena with way too much lipstick in your avatar:
“You truly are an ass with no possibility of redemption.”

No, I’m pretty sure all of that “redemption” crap belong with you and your religious friends (who you so often defend for no other reason than to disagree with the one and only Lord Penboy).

“Besides, why would I need to consult GOD when we have Lord Penboy always available at milkboys to solve our problems?”

Because you never listen to true reasoning and common sense, so I guess you think it’s time for some idiotic “magic” (that never manifests as you would have it or believe).

    2. re Penboy:

Yep I did the same thing, even though my old ‘wrong’ bookmark still worked. No idea why there aren’t any reply buttons on my ( and Devil’s ) posts, though. Perhaps you can only reply a set # of times to a reply? Also I just Googled milkboys and milkboys.net shows up fine:

Seriously, you concur with pb…case closed.

I of course was just bored and imagined all those problems getting to mb’s. I’m on a iPad and I’d don’t have all that crap you and PB are prattling about and frankly I couldn’t care less.

I merely offered my experiences in case anyone else was having problems; rest assured in future I’ll not bother.

Wow. Seriously I believe you need to cool down, and and just chill out. You appear to be shall I say ‘far too chatty’ and tend to paint yourself into corners, as it were, at times. You need to understand when you get trolled or shall I say ‘baited’. You have to realize what’s really going on before you fly off the handle and do a knee-jerk response. My advise would be to take a step back, think the situation over carefully, and then come to the conclusion at times a response just isn’t a worthwhile thing to do.

      2. @daveboy (I have to reply to this comment because after the 3rd indent, this software doesn’t allow any more replies — THIS SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE FIXED:

  4. So – to the subject – I thinks it’s a wonderful photo. Two nice guys wrapped up in each other and sparking the imaginations of those who have imaginations – I feel so bad for th folks can only sit there and nit pick the smallest things!
