  1. Very cute animation. Just before the “heart” appeared, I instantly thought of this: …

    What the heart wants.

“Is this even possible in the current phase that America is in?”

I can only respond with, that is a most interesting question which I have no idea of any reasonable answer.

    1. Of course it fucking is. It’s not the god damn 40s. We have a bad president. Get the fuck over it. Literally NOTHING in your day to day life of being gay in America has changed. The world did not suddenly decide to hate us more than they already do because of one fucking person. Get over yourselves and quit fear mongering. I guaran-fucking-tee that every single gay young male with a crush is WAY more worried about how his crush or hos parents or his friends will react than he is the government sending him to a fucking camp to be brainwashed. You know why? BECAUSE NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

      1. Right, nothing has changed.

EXCEPT that hate crimes against all minorities have surged:

EXCEPT that anti-LGBT legislation has substantially increased since the Lunatic took office:

It’s a FACT that bigots and extremists have been emboldened to action following the election. Anyone who thinks nothing has changed for our community isn’t paying attention.

      2. @Kookie:
“The world did not suddenly decide to hate us more than they already do because of one fucking person.”

Let me bring you back to reality: It isn’t “just one person” who is trying to make all kinds of anti-gay legislature and “decrees” — this is much bigger than just Trump — or are you too fucking blind to actually see what’s going on within his entire “administration”?

        First, there’s Pence
        There’s Betsy DuVoss
        There’s Rick Perry
        There’s Mike Huckabee (Sarah’s FATHER) & Sarah
        There’s Ben Carson
        There’s Tom Price
The list goes on and on

These are people that Trump listens to (at least within the last 30 minutes before he makes some stupid “decision”).

Trump signed an executive order rescinding a rule that companies have to prove they treat LGBT employees fairly.

Since Trump took office, his administration took down the White House’s page on the Office of National AIDS Policy. That’d be a petty cosmetic detail if it hadn’t turned out to be prophetic: to date, Trump hasn’t named anyone to head the office, and on this date six members of Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS resigned in protest, saying the president just “doesn’t care.”

Trump marks Pride by praising leaders of homophobic groups

Here’s a few short quotes from NY Times article on 7/27:

“Without being asked, the Justice Department intervened in a private employment lawsuit on Wednesday, arguing that the ban on sex discrimination in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 does not protect workers on the basis of their sexual orientation.”

“a tweet from President Trump announcing a ban on transgender people serving in the military, surprising Pentagon leaders and reversing a year-old Obama administration policy.”
[Even though this doesn’t hold any water at this time, it just proves the absolute craziness and who’s behind this — “Fox News”]

“Trump announced that he would nominate Sam Brownback, the governor of Kansas and a vocal opponent of gay rights, to be the nation’s ambassador at large for international religious freedom.”

“‘Yesterday was this administration’s anti-L.G.B.T. day,’ James D. Esseks, director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender & HIV Project, said on Thursday. ‘Whether coordinated or not, to have it all happen on the same day certainly brings into focus the profoundly anti-L.G.B.T. agenda of this administration.'”

You really have NO IDEA of what’s really going on, do you?

  2. Sweet. I tried to send this same video yesterday, but was down.

    Here’s another animation I like:
I remember watching it years ago very very loudly at about 4-5AM. When I suddenly noticed that the headphones were unplugged. The sound was so loud it passed trough the Sennheiser like nothing without me noticing. Never heard any complaint from the neighbors though…

It says at the end: “Live long enough to find the right one. Protect yourself.”
Which I find scary, because what if you find the right one in your teens? 😍

    1. That one is very, very good with excellent graphics. And the music is awesome as well!

      Thank you for that. :-)

  3. Utterly enchanting!
Thanks and welcome back. What would we do without u.

Less of the bickering, surely that not why we like having the site back up. This is not a political site or a debating group, let keep it fun, gay and welcoming community.

  4. And that all affects the ability of a boy to go to school and have a crush and live his life? You’re missing the point. NOTHING HAS CHANGED TO MAKE DAY TO DAY LIFE HARDER FOR ANYONE.

    1. No, You’re missing the point. You clearly didn’t read/comprehend Bruce’s or my response to you.

Tell that to a transgender youth, say, between 6 years-old through 16 years-old, going to school most days wondering how he’s going to use the bathroom — which room — boys or girls— the difference between the latter part of Obama’s administration or today’s Trump administration?
