I’d rather go blind

…than to see you walk away. We’re back :) And what better way to celebrate than with Mr Ronan Parke? I’ll have a detailed post about why we were gone and how we’ll try to avoid doing it again in the future once and for all later, for now let’s just enjoy this…

  1. Geez, make it stop! I hate cry-me-a-river chick-song shit like this. If Ronan wants to jump start his almost invisible career it’s time he started singing songs people will buy instead of wasting his time and breath emoting all over the goddam microphone. Weepy little boys don’t make it in this biz. Man up, Ronan, and ROCK!

  2. its so refreshing to hear someone who can actually sing these days. and he just keeps getting prettier.

  3. Really pleased you are back, Josh.
You have a community of supporters; don’t be shy of asking for help.
It’s your mind that makes the site work but I also missed the gang. Some of them really annoy me, but things are sort of boring without them.

As for Ronan; you’re right, Horsey; but I guess he’s struggling to find his audience. Old buggers like you and I are not the ones who go to his concerts!
He’s a lovely kid with a nice voice; he’ll get there, I’m sure.

  4. Hey! It really surprised me a lot when my browser returned a title on the tab tonight!!!

A lot of things changed these years, mmmm.

This part is very good and I agree with. The rest of your statement was just your emotions gurgling over themselves.

Or, he could go back “to his roots” when he was on BGT — singing great ballads/folk songs because he showed he was so good at it. The only change is his voice is deeper — that doesn’t affect his natural ability to be melodic and rhythmic. He did great covers of Adele’s songs …. in fact, I think he did them better than she did and she wrote them!

Or, as horsey stated, he could go into pop or rock, but this song doesn’t do it in my opinion. He sounds way too “bluesy” (or trying to be?).
